FAQs

How does the booking process work?
Upon submitting your booking form, you will receive a payment link. Full payment is required to secure your child’s place. Once we have received payment, we will send a confirmation email to confirm your booking. If the class is full, we will place your child on the waiting list and notify you immediately if a spot becomes available.

Do you provide make-up classes if my child is absent?
Unfortunately, we do not offer make-up sessions for missed classes. However, we always aim to help children catch up on the key activities during their next session.

How many children are in the class?
We welcome a maximum of 16 children per class. This allows us to provide personalised attention and create a calm and supportive environment.

What age are the classes suited to?
Our classes are best suited to children aged 6-11. Please check each course description or get in touch if you're unsure.

What should my child wear?
We recommend children wear clothes they don’t mind getting messy! We often use acrylic paints, which may not wash out. Please also send them with a bottle of water.

Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for siblings booked on the same term course.

Where are the classes held?
Our sessions take place at Hampstead Parochial School (2A Holly Bush Vale, London NW3 6TX).

Who runs the classes? All classes are run by me, Aleksandra - a qualified and practising teacher with years of experience working with children. I hold an enhanced DBS check, along with up-to-date safeguarding and child protection training. Creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring space for young artists is at the heart of what I do.

Do parents stay during the session?
No, our classes are drop-off only.

What materials are provided?
All materials are provided. Children just need to come with suitable clothing and a water bottle.
